Great to meet you!

Does anxiety have you or your child worrying about a past that already happened, or stressing about a future that isn’t here yet? Are you or your child feeling overwhelmed by life, or stuck in self doubt? You’re not alone. I help children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, and trauma build confidence and create patterns that support real growth and change.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I will meet you where you are at with compassion and acceptance. My goal will be to provide you with both insight and practical tools to help you understand what’s holding you back, while also developing strategies that feel doable to help you feel more regulated and capable in handling everyday life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you feel seen, understood, and supported. I tailor my approach to fit each client, drawing from ACT, DBT, EFT, Mindfulness, Attachment, Somatic, and Child-Centered Play Therapy.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will discuss an overview of your history, as well as your current symptoms. We will also talk about what you hope to get out of therapy. My aim is to create a safe, authentic and supportive space where you feel comfortable to explore, learn, and grow.
