Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and major life stress. My background includes nearly two decades in Level 1 trauma critical care and 18 months in a high‐acuity NYC shelter system—experiences that shaped my calm, steady, and trauma‐informed approach. I offer a collaborative space where your autonomy is respected and your pace is honored. I currently have immediate openings and welcome new clients. Together, we’ll build a realistic plan that may include therapy‐informed support and thoughtful, evidence‐based medication options.

My approach to therapy

Life can feel completely overwhelming when you’re juggling work, financial pressures, family responsibilities, relationship changes, or just daily exhaustion. We all need a safe place to decompress, breathe, and express ourselves without judgment. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in your autonomy. I believe your goals—not mine—should guide the direction of care, and I embrace each client’s unique journey. I listen closely to understand what you’re carrying and what feels realistic for your life. Together, we build a supportive plan that blends therapy‐informed conversations with thoughtful, evidence‐based medication management when helpful. My goal is to offer a calm, steady space where you feel understood, empowered, and able to move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is calm, unhurried, and centered entirely on your comfort. You are welcome to share as much or as little as feels safe, and we will move at a pace that respects your autonomy. I listen closely to understand what you’re carrying, what has been weighing on you, and what you hope to change. Together, we’ll explore your current challenges, clarify your goals, and begin building a supportive plan that may include therapy, medication options, or both. I currently have no waitlist and immediate availability for new evaluations, and my priority is that you leave the first session feeling heard, respected, and hopeful about the path forward.
