Great to meet you!

Hello and a warm welcome! I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor with nine years of experience, who believes in empowering you to honor yourself and your overall health. Much praise to you for taking this sometimes very challenging step towards a healthier mind and life. My experience as a therapist, certified yoga teacher, military brat and veteran, surgical/orthopedic technician, and being from a Hispanic family have allowed me to interact with diverse populations in varied situations.

My approach to therapy

It is important to know your reason that you desire to start therapy, your history, and your goal(s). The key is to ensure you have a safe space to talk, grow and connect. Helping you understand yourself through different experiences and behaviors. Open communication strengthens your natural ability to be your best self and in charge of your journey.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel comfortable, safe, and have a healthy mind shift. At times, it can be challenging. Step by step towards your goal can mean profound change. When we meet, we will practice coping and improvement tools that work best for you. You will be empowered to meet your goals through life transitions, anxiety, dgrief, employment challenges, depression, anger, managing relationships, trauma, or other obstacles in your life.
