Great to meet you!

I’m a Board-Certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping people navigate life’s challenges, discover their strengths, and see themselves in a new light. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, I provide a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.

I’ve worked with individuals of all ages—from children to adults—and have extensive experience supporting adults with cognitive challenges. My approach is always individualized and adaptable, using modified strategies when needed to ensure therapy is practical, meaningful, and effective for you.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my work is a person-centered, strengths-based philosophy. I believe in meeting you where you are, listening deeply, and building a partnership grounded in respect, compassion, and collaboration. My role is to help you discover practical tools and insights that promote balance, self-acceptance, and fulfillment in your life.

Together, we’ll focus on solutions, build coping skills, and create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process emotions and move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you set the pace. We’ll start by identifying what matters most to you and create goals that feel realistic and empowering. I draw from evidence-based methods such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and emotion-regulation skills training. For those processing difficult experiences, we can incorporate EMDR to help reduce distress and promote healing.

I also use Narrative Therapy to help you re-author your story—one that highlights your resilience, strengths, and growth. In our first session, we’ll use Motivational Interviewing to talk through your hopes for therapy, explore any concerns, and begin setting the foundation for change.
