Great to meet you!

My passion is helping others learn about themselves and their relationship to better grasp how to connect and feel reassured their boyfriend/girlfriend, partner, spouse, significant other, what ever title they hold is there for them unconditionally. Relationships are hard & learning to be vulnerable is even harder. The benefits of learning how to grow & feel safe to be vulnerable can lead to overall improved mental health. I am always honored to be on this journey of self growth with my clients!

My approach to therapy

I work alongside my clients in offering a safe and supportive space to do the hard work of healing and repairing relationships. Including relationships with loved ones, family, and just as important, the relationship with self.

The possibility of pain and hurt is real, and its impact could reverberate into different parts of your life. You desire to move forward and find a secure and loving relationship where there are no questions. Where it feels safe, real and enough. Where you feel enough.

What you can expect from me

Recovering from or making a difficult relationship better takes time and patience. Learning how to set healthy boundaries or how to express emotions and needs. It's possible and you are capable of breaking negative patterns, maybe even patterns that have existed throughout generations.
