Great to meet you!

As a dedicated social worker, I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults through a strength-based, trauma-informed approach. My practice is rooted in the belief that every individual possesses the capacity for growth and resilience, even in the face of life’s most difficult challenges. Over the years, I have developed and refined a strength-based approach that honors each client’s unique story, empowering them to harness their capabilities and move toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

Using techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral strategies, I aim to empower clients by building on their existing strengths and fostering a sense of hope and self-determination. My goal is always to create a safe and supportive space where individuals can heal, grow, and reclaim their sense of purpose

What you can expect from me

I hope in each of my sessions my clients are able to walk away with either solution to face a challenge they are going through or a better understand of themselves
