I am a licensed marriage and therapist, qualified supervisor for MFT/MHC, and certified substance abuse professional who is experienced in trauma (sexual abuse) counseling, couples counseling, women's issues, substance abuse counseling/assessments, and Christian counseling.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in Narrative, Collaborative, and Solution Focused Therapy therapeutic approaches, as well as Christian counseling. I believe my clients are the expert on their own lives and problems do not reside within the individual, but rather in relation to how the person is coping with relational stressors.

What you can expect from our first session

When individuals find themselves stuck in a cycle of "more of the same" within various types of relationships I work with them to find preferred solutions that would assist them in "doing something different."
