Great to meet you!

Life can feel heavy when you're overthinking, feeling emotionally drained, struggling to sleep, carrying painful past experiences, or just not feeling like yourself. Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Hopeful Healing Haven Therapy. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, or trauma who want to feel more grounded, emotionally steady, and connected to the life they want to live.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and personalized. I tailor the care I provide to meet my clients' needs and goals. I often draw from CBT to help you understand the thoughts that may be making life feel heavier, DBT to build skills to manage intense emotions, and mindfulness to create more space for calm and clarity. Together, we’ll focus on practical ways to slow things down, feel more grounded, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have gotten lost along the way.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other in a supportive, judgment-free space as we discuss what brings you to therapy. Starting therapy can feel a little nerve-wracking, and that's completely okay. You don't have to have all the answers. We will move together at a pace comfortable for you and without pressure.
