Great to meet you!

Life can feel heavy when you're overthinking, feeling emotionally drained, struggling to sleep, carrying painful past experiences, or just not feeling like yourself. Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Hopeful Healing Haven. I specialize in helping adults experiencing anxiety, depression, or trauma feel more grounded, emotionally balanced, and reconnected to the life they want for themselves.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and personalized. I tailor the care I provide to meet my clients' needs and goals. I draw from different therapeutic techniques to create meaningful and lasting change. I regularly use CBT to help clients identify, challenge and reframe unhelpful thoughts; DBT to strengthen emotional regulation and support a deeper sense of balance and grounding, along with Mindfulness to create space for greater calm and inner peace.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other in a supportive, judgment-free space as we discuss what brings you to therapy. Starting therapy can feel a little nerve-wracking, and that's completely okay. You don't have to have all the answers. We will move together at a pace comfortable for you and without pressure.
