Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I would describe myself as empathetic, direct, and practical. I believe therapy is for any person, at any point in their life. Space is created in session for emotions and experiences that are positive, negative, and everywhere in between. I utilize my supportive nature, compassion and humor to encourage comfortability to engage in this area.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals who are interested in exploring their stressors, identifying unhealthy patterns, and implementing strategies to improve their wellbeing. Together we will work to discuss goals and create plans to achieve them. I place the highest importance on building a relationship in order to create a sense of security and openness in our sessions that will allow for positive change to occur.

What you can expect from me

Clients will work collaboratively to identify their goals and work on them in a multi-step approach to make progress more attainable. Clients can expect to discuss applicable skills or practices for them to work on between sessions, which the client will be able to utilize long after therapy services have concluded.
