Great to meet you!

I have been a therapist since 2002. I believe in a laid back, and open "fire side" chat format to counseling. I started my career in a Christian Counseling setting with adolescents and families which progressed over to couples and eventually crossing to the LGBTQ and alternative lifestyles such as kink aware. I hold a Masters in Counseling Education from the UCF. I have learned over the years not to take myself too seriously and one should always be open and ready to adjust to change and growth.

My approach to therapy

I have learned over the years we are constantly evolving and changing and should always be open and ready to adjust and grow. I strive to be person centered but also solution focused.

What you can expect from me

During the first session I will work to make you comfortable and excited to have an outlet to let out your frustrations. I may give you a couple things to try as well as some homework. It is up to you to meet your needs, I am simply holding the road map as you drive the car.
