A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that empowering clients to foster autonomy during therapy is fundamental. It has been my experience that there are two kinds of clients seeking therapy: those that have identified a problem or obstacle and seek help to resolve it, and those that recognize that something needs to be changed and seek help to identify the problem or obstacle. My job is to help facilitate both.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients can expect to be in the driver's seat of their treatment. I encourage autonomy and act as a facilitator to help my clients identify and meet their treatment goals.
