Great to meet you!

I love being a counselor-helping clients make changes that fit their lives. Having the support of a counselor who can magnify your strengths, draw on what is working in your life and bring these skills and attributes to find solutions to what is not working well in your life right now--that is very empowering. I believe in relationship building, supporting the client as they examine the changes they feel will improve their life. Making the changes the client wants to make is vital.

My approach to therapy

I am solution oriented and I work to empower clients to make decisions that are in their best interests-there is not a "perfect fit" that works for everyone.

What you can expect from me

I often assign homework tasks for clients to work on between sessions.
