Great to meet you!

I'm a bilingual (Spanish/English) therapist with a strong foundation in both clinical psychology and trauma-informed care. I have over a decade of international experience supporting children, adults, and families through trauma, grief, and major life transitions, including medical trauma in neonates and the ICU setting.

I'm trained in evidence-based practices, including Trauma-Focused CBT, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing.

My approach to therapy

My practice is grounded in trauma-informed care, transparency, and openness, with strong emphasis on collaboration and mutual respect. Through our work together, the goal is to support you in navigating life's challenges, building confidence, finding your voice, and reclaiming a sense of agency and control.

What you can expect from me

You will be welcomed into a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic space that honors your lived experiences and identities. You will be empowered to move forward with greater self-awareness and resilience. Within this collaborative process, we will work together toward meaningful growth and healing.
