Personal Statement

I am eager to collaborate with people who want to make changes in their lives. People who need a therapist that will listen with zero judgement, who will challenge non-productive thoughts and will meet them where they are at. I have collaborated with clients who have had significant traumas. Who are depressed, have anxiety, and are grieving. I want to work with clients who want to improve their mental health so that they can improve their quality of life.

My approach to therapy is direct, supportive and interactive. During the session I will use a variety of techniques all based on your needs. I use positive psychology, client centered practices and cognitive behavior therapy. I believe that my clients
