Personal Statement

I am eager to collaborate with people who want to make changes in their lives. People who need a therapist that will listen with zero judgement, who will challenge non-productive thoughts and will meet them where they are at. I have collaborated with clients who have had significant traumas. Who are depressed, have anxiety, and are grieving. I want to work with clients who want to improve their mental health so that they can improve their quality of life.
