Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Angela Hogan, LCSW, LCADC. I am a licensed clinical social worker and licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor with experience working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and emotional regulation challenges. My approach to therapy is collaborative, direct, and individualized, with a focus on helping clients better understand themselves while building practical tools for long-term healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and individualized. I integrate ACT, Compassionate Inquiry, Polyvagal Theory, ART, and EMDR when clinically appropriate to help clients process trauma, improve emotional regulation, build insight, strengthen boundaries, and create meaningful, values-driven change in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where they can openly discuss their concerns, goals, and experiences. During the first session, I focus on understanding each client’s history, current challenges, strengths, and what they hope to gain from therapy while beginning to build a collaborative and comfortable therapeutic relationship.
