Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years of experience providing therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families across community, clinical, and educational settings. My work centers on helping clients navigate grief, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, unresolved hurt, and patterns that feel difficult to break.

In our work together, my intention is to help you:

• Gain clarity and self-awareness

• Reframe unhelpful thought patterns

• Strengthen emotional regulation and confidence

• Improve communication and relational dynamics

• Establish healthier boundaries and expectations

• Move toward healing with intention and stability

If you’re ready to explore your experiences with guidance and compassion, I provide a grounded, supportive space for your healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, culturally competent, and faith-aware therapeutic space where clients can safely reflect, process, and grow. My style is collaborative, supportive, and insight-driven. I help clients explore what shapes their reactions, understand the roots of emotional patterns, and build tools that align with their values and goals.

My approach integrates:

• Cognitive restructuring & cognitive-behavioral strategies

• Trauma-informed care

• Boundary and self-esteem development

• Communication and relationship skill-building

• Strengths-based and solution-focused practices

• Goal-setting and accountability planning

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space where we begin forming a genuine partnership in your healing. I view therapy as a collaborative journey, and our initial conversation helps us understand each other, explore what brings you here, and clarify what you hope to experience and transform.

You’re welcome to share at the pace that feels right for you, while I guide with gentle, reflective questions to learn more about your history, strengths, relationships, and the challenges or emotions you’ve been holding. We’ll also discuss my holistic approach to therapy, which considers the emotional, relational, cognitive, and, when aligned with your values, spiritual aspects of your well-being.

Together, we will begin to identify intentional goals that set a thoughtful pace for your healing, growth, and deeper self-awareness. These goals help us stay grounded and focused, ensuring that each session builds toward meaningful and sustainable change.

By the end of the session, my clients often feel heard, supported, and clearer about the path ahead. My intention is for you to leave knowing you have a partner in this process, someone committed to walking alongside you as you reflect, reset, and grow with purpose and intention.
