My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered approach, and Trauma Informed Practice, and I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Empowering mothers while postpartum/during pregnancy is also something I am very passionate about!
