Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Angie Janicek, DNP, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and owner of Premier Psychiatric Services. My passion is helping adolescents and adults navigate life's challenges by providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

I treat a wide range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, schizophrenia, and other mood and thought disorders. I understand that every person's journey is unique, and I believe successful treatment begins with listening. Together, we'll develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, lifestyle interventions, and coordination with therapy to help you reach your goals.

Whether you're seeking help for the first time or have struggled with mental health for years, my goal is to help you feel heard, regain hope, and improve your quality of life. I am committed to building a trusting relationship with each patient and providing personalized care that supports long-term healing and wellness.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best mental health care is collaborative, personalized, and rooted in trust. Every patient has a unique story, so I take the time to listen, understand your concerns, and develop an individualized treatment plan based on your goals, symptoms, and lifestyle.

My approach combines evidence-based medication management with education, supportive counseling, and collaboration with therapists and primary care providers when appropriate. I treat a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, schizophrenia, and other mood and thought disorders.

My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable discussing your concerns openly. Whether you're seeking treatment for the first time or have struggled with mental health for years, I strive to provide compassionate care, practical solutions, and ongoing support to help you achieve lasting emotional wellness and an improved quality of life.

What you can expect from me

During your first appointment, my priority is getting to know you—not just your symptoms, but your story. We'll discuss your current concerns, mental health history, medical history, lifestyle, stressors, and treatment goals. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions, share what's been working (or not working), and discuss any previous experiences with therapy or medications.

Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, recommendations for therapy, lifestyle strategies, or additional resources. My goal is for you to leave your first visit feeling heard, understood, and hopeful, with a clear plan and confidence that we are working together toward improving your mental health and overall well-being.
