Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a graduate of Howard University with more than 20 years of experience supporting people through difficult and changing seasons of life. Over the years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families dealing with stress, grief, chronic illness, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and at ease showing up as yourself as we work together toward clarity, healing, purpose, and peace. My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and direct. I believe you should have a space where you can say what you really think and feel without worrying about being judged.

What you can expect from me

You can expect our first session to feel relaxed and conversational. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been going on, and what you would like to work on. You don’t have to tell me everything at once. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and clear about where we can start.
