Great to meet you!

At our practice, we’re dedicated to helping youth and adults reconnect with their inner strength and take meaningful steps toward healing and growth. We specialize in building self-esteem, addressing trauma, and managing anxiety and depression — all within a safe, supportive, and empowering environment. Whether you're navigating personal challenges, emotional pain, or simply feeling stuck, our goal is to help you discover the resilience that already lives within you. Together, we’ll work toward creating lasting change and a life aligned with your true potential.

My approach to therapy

I use a humanistic, interpersonal approach to therapy that centers on the healing power of a genuine, supportive therapeutic relationship. My work is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and respect for each client’s unique lived experience. I collaborate closely with clients to explore emotional patterns and relationship dynamics that shape their current challenges, with careful attention to how these patterns show up both in daily life and within the therapy space. By creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment, I help clients build self-awareness, strengthen emotional expression, and develop more fulfilling, connected relationships while fostering personal growth and resilience.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive conversation focused on understanding you and what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your current concerns, relevant life experiences, and goals for therapy at a pace that feels comfortable to you. I will explain how therapy works, review confidentiality and logistics, and answer any questions you may have so you know what to expect moving forward. Most importantly, the first session is an opportunity for us to begin building a collaborative, trusting relationship where you feel heard, respected, and supported as we determine how therapy can best meet your needs.
