Great to meet you!

I'm Angela Kehm, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Registered Art Therapist with a foundation in addiction recovery, the aftermath of domestic violence, relationships, community integration, and holistic healing. I earned my training from Southwestern College and the New Earth Institute, where I developed a deep commitment to values-driven, culturally aware care. I support individuals navigating burnout, identity shifts, and the quiet ache of disconnection—offering a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.

In a world that values performance, I hope to reconnect with the importance of reflecting on process to deconstruct: how did we get here?

My approach to therapy

I blend mindfulness, values exploration, and creative reflection to help clients honor their roots while growing into who they’re becoming. I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken, but uncovering what’s already there. My approach is rooted in cultural awareness, recognizing that each person’s story is shaped by context, history, and relationship. Together, my client and I reframe resistance, reclaim rhythm, and build a self that feels true—not just functional.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, expect a warm, grounded space where you won’t be rushed or labeled. I listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and invite gentle reflection on what brought you here. You’ll begin to explore your values, patterns, and the stories you carry—without pressure to “figure it all out” right away. Some clients choose to engage creatively, while others speak freely; both are welcome. This isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about starting to listen. You’ll leave with a sense of being seen, and the first threads of a path forward.
