Great to meet you!

Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor serving adults 18+. I have over 30 years of experience in a variety of settings to include outpatient and inpatient therapy, emergency rooms, short-term crisis facilities, corrections and telephonic counseling with EAP services.

My approach to therapy

I strive to help you obtain skills to define and empower yourself, despite your circumstances and experiences. It's more about how you are functioning than any labels. I believe that change has already begun with the next right decision that moves you closer to where you want to be. Depending on your comfort level, we can explore how past experiences can influence the present or we can focus on where you are now and identify steps toward desired changes.

What you can expect from me

I seek to provide an experience where you will first off, feel heard with genuine concern for your needs. I hope that you come away from each visit feeling encouraged and validated, with some actionable steps toward accomplishing your goals. I look forward to helping you navigate life's challenges!
