Great to meet you!

I work with people who often feel like their emotions are intense, overwhelming, or hard to explain. My background includes supporting children in special education, individuals in hospice care, and adults navigating addiction and serious mental health challenges in a psychiatric hospital setting. I am especially comfortable working with complex cases and people who may have felt misunderstood in the past. Clients describe me as steady, creative, and someone who can sit with the hard things without judgment.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing does not always happen through words alone. As an Art Therapist and counselor, I offer space for both conversation and creative expression when it feels helpful. Many of my clients are working through trauma, addiction recovery, identity struggles, emotional regulation, or long standing patterns that feel stuck. Together, we explore what is beneath the surface, build insight, and create practical ways to move forward. Therapy with me is flexible, thoughtful, and centered on what works best for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about building trust and understanding your story. We will talk about what brings you in, what feels most urgent, and what you hope will change. You can expect an accommodating, supportive space where your experiences are taken seriously. My goal is for you to leave feeling understood, grounded, and confident that growth is possible, even if things feel complicated right now.
