Great to meet you!

I have over ten years of direct therapy experience and have worked with adults, adolescents, children, & couples of varying backgrounds. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Counseling. Combining CBT, mindfulness, and somatic therapies, I utilize an integrative approach to help guide you towards healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy as a collaborative effort and believe each individual is an expert on their personal experience and their goals for the future. I seek to learn and build on your personal strengths to find viable solutions, enhance coping skills, and nurture the path to positive change.
