Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by your emotions or weighed down by anxiety, depression, or past experiences? You don’t have to carry that alone. I support teens and adults who want to feel more grounded, connected, and like themselves again. I believe you already have the capacity to heal, sometimes you just need the right support to access it. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, supported, and understood as you begin to reconnect with your strengths. Therapy is available in English and Spanish.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, flexible, and centered around you. Whether you need space to process or tools you can use right away, we can move at a pace that feels right. I draw from CBT, EMDR-informed therapy, and mindfulness to help you better understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we’ll build coping skills, process what’s been holding you back, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you deserve to feel comfortable from the very beginning. Our first session is a chance for you to share what’s been weighing on you and what you’d like to shift. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can speak openly and move at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin to clarify your goals and create a path forward so you leave feeling heard, grounded, and hopeful.
