I hold licenses as a clinical social worker and a clinical addiction counselor, with a practice dating back to 2006. My clinical expertise encompasses anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, suicidal thoughts, crisis intervention, adjustment disorder, parenting challenges, stress management, self-esteem issues, codependency, and the stresses of relationships, marriage, and divorce.

I will not give you unattainable goals, and I will not make you achieve them alone. I am extremely resourceful to help give you tools to achieve your desired level of living a healthy and fulfilling life. I will definitely help push you to be the best version of you!! With that said, I do not enable. My approach is to ensure the best outcome for you and I tell you what you need to hear and do, not what you want to hear. I want to make the best of your time as I know it is valuable.

I assign homework in between sessions that you can email to me and I will provide feedback, or you can bring it to the next session. I feel like therapy is like the gym, you cannot work on something once a week and expect results.
