Great to meet you!

Do you often feel pulled in many directions work, family, relationships, y todo lo demás? You may find yourself feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or wondering, ¿y yo cuándo?

I help people navigate relationship challenges, stress, emotional overwhelm, and boundaries with more understanding and compassion. As a bilingual therapist, I offer therapy in English, Spanish, o un poquito de los dos, so you can express yourself in the way that feels most natural to you.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a space for honesty, curiosity, and kindness. My style is straightforward but caring, I’ll share what I notice while respecting your pace and your experience.

Together, we’ll slow things down, understand the patterns that keep showing up, and practice new ways of responding to difficult thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I believe in developing practical tools while also learning to approach the parts of yourself that struggle with more compassion.

Therapy with me can include reflection, skills, humor, and sometimes uncomfortable conversations. No se trata de hacerlo perfecto. It’s about understanding yourself more deeply and finding ways to move through life that feel more aligned with who you are and what matters to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what has been difficult lately, and what you hope will feel different.

You don’t have to come prepared or know exactly what to say. Poco a poquito, we’ll begin making sense of what’s going on and what might be helpful. I may ask questions, share what I notice, and we’ll talk about what you’d like to focus on moving forward.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, with a better sense of what working together might look like.
