My name is Angela and I am here to help you begin your journey back toward wellness. I believe our minds, bodies and spirits must be balanced in order for us to live a life that embodies perseverance, stability and confidence. Together, we will work to discover what is out of balance, where you may feel stuck, or what patterns may not be serving you well, I will help you build the self-confidence that is needed for you to begin taking steps toward the life you are envisioning for yourself.

My approach to therapy

I have a strong belief that together, we will find what is holding you back, notice patterns that may not be serving you well and that you will be able to move forward with a strong sense of self. I incorporate mind / body relaxation as well as guided imagery training in addition to talk therapy so that you are able to feel whole again - mind, body and spirit.

You will find a holding environment of compassion where your feelings will be validated. My goal with every session is to leave my clients with hope. I look forward to connecting with you and being a part of your healing journey,
