Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor (LISW-S) with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University. I work with clients facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, trauma, stress, and other emotional difficulties that can make daily life feel overwhelming. I take a solution-focused approach to therapy and enjoy helping clients better understand what is holding them back so they can begin making meaningful, lasting changes.

My approach to therapy

My style is honest, supportive, and direct. I believe therapy should be a space where clients feel safe, understood, and also challenged to grow. I use EMDR, attachment-based approaches, mindfulness, and teen-focused strategies to help clients process difficult experiences, build healthier patterns, and move forward with greater confidence. I also believe in accountability and working together to create practical steps toward healing and progress.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, down-to-earth space where they are truly listened to and supported. I value humor, honesty, and getting to the root of what is really going on rather than simply addressing surface-level symptoms. My goal is to help each client care for the whole person, build insight, and develop tools that create real change in everyday life.
