What you can expect from me

First sessions are a beginning: seeking background information to learn your style and what is serving as support, or a block to your healing, and ultimately in you surviving and thriving. Then assessing what direction we need to travel in regard to your wants, needs and barriers. The initial focus being just getting to know you and learning what may help you in your goals through figuring out your pattern of relating to others and exploring choices, options and alternatives to appropriately changing patterns when needed.
