Great to meet you!

Life brings change, and sometimes those changes feel overwhelming. Finding support shouldn’t add to the stress. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience helping people navigate life’s transitions with clarity and confidence.

I specialize in working with individuals facing major life changes, including starting college or a first job, beginning or ending relationships, becoming a parent, launching young adults, caring for aging parents, career changes, and retirement. Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low, or simply unsure of what’s next, therapy can help you find steadiness and move forward with intention.

My approach to therapy

Therapy works best as a collaborative process. You bring expertise in your own life—your values, culture, beliefs, and lived experience—and I bring clinical training and years of experience supporting change.

My approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based practices. Together, we’ll focus on gaining clarity around your current challenges, identifying strengths, and making thoughtful, sustainable changes that support your well-being and growth.

What you can expect from me

Research and experience show that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of effective therapy, and we begin building that relationship in our first session.

You can expect a welcoming, respectful space where you feel safe, valued, and heard. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to work toward. You’ll also have time to ask questions about the process and what therapy with me looks like. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll talk about next steps and schedule future sessions.
