Angela Montgomery

Hello! I am a licensed independent social worker. I received my bachelor’s in psychology at The Ohio State University and master`s in Social Work at Ohio University. I specialize in Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and now provide DBT informed care. I also provide a trauma informed approach.

My favorite activities include walking my dog, hiking, enjoying nature, music, and salsa dancing.

My approach to therapy is culturally sensitive, trauma informed, and strengths based.

My goal is for client`s to feel safe, empowered and validated. My hope while working with my clients is to assist them in identifying skills to reach their goals and find inner healing.
