Great to meet you!

I have been an LPC since 2017. I am married and have 2 children. I am family oriented and if not hanging out with my family cooking, you would also find me outdoors enjoying the sun, drawing, and reading. We are also dachshund fanatics having had them part of our family since 2003. Currently I have 2 long haired dachshunds.

My approach to therapy

While every therapeutic relationship is different, I utilize a team approach. You are the expert of you. I work along side you to identify what you want to work on during the session and have been know to assign “home” work to support your growth outside of session. Developing those skills will support you in your journey to improve and know more about yourself.

What you can expect from me

First session is really about listening to what you would like to accomplish in therapy. I spend some time learning more about you and your background and you also take that opportunity to ask questions and learn more about what to expect along the therapeutic journey. This is an opportunity to share what brings you here at Headway.
