Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides care for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, and a range of other concerns, including OCD, trauma, sleep difficulties, substance use, and life transitions. My style is warm, curious, and solution-oriented, and I aim to create a space where you can speak openly about what you’re experiencing while working toward meaningful, practical changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and individualized. I combine medication management with therapeutic strategies when appropriate, drawing from CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, interpersonal therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I consider your symptoms, goals, history, and day-to-day experiences when developing a treatment plan. My goal is to help you better understand what’s affecting your mental health and identify strategies that support lasting progress.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and build a clear picture of what brings you to care. We’ll discuss your current concerns, mental health history, symptoms, goals, and any factors that may be affecting your well-being. If medication management is part of your care, we’ll also discuss your treatment history and options. By the end of the session, we’ll have a better understanding of your priorities and begin developing a treatment plan that fits your needs.
