My approach to therapy

In my sessions, I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where clients feel safe and valued. I prioritize giving my undivided attention, allowing individuals to express their thoughts and feelings freely. By remaining nonjudgmental, I aim to foster an atmosphere of trust and support, ensuring my clients feel heard and understood. My goal is to be fully present with my clients as we navigate this journey together.

What you can expect from me

When you work with me, you can expect a welcoming space where we’ll start by exploring your unique story and the concerns that brought you to therapy. I’ll ask various questions to help me understand your experiences and what you hope to achieve in our time together.
