Great to meet you!

As a therapist with over 16 years of experience, I bring a grounded, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). I specialize in working with first responders and individuals navigating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, and life transitions.

My style is holistic, open-minded, and empowering—I believe that healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and safe to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. I take a holistic approach, integrating mind, body, and emotional health, and I draw from modalities like EMDR, mindfulness, and attachment-based work to support deep and lasting change.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients in a variety of settings—including in-home services, for-profit and nonprofit agencies—which has given me a deep respect for the different ways people cope, connect, and grow. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck, I’ll meet you with curiosity and compassion—and help you build the insight and tools you need to move forward with clarity and strength.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a human too—navigating the ups and downs of life, parenthood, and all the in-between. I value authenticity, humor, and creating space for all emotions, even the ones we’re taught to avoid.

If you’re looking for a therapist who will walk with you—not ahead of you—on your journey, I’d be honored to connect.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and empowering. I believe healing happens in a space where you feel truly seen and supported, and I work to create that space with each client. I tailor sessions to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches like EMDR, mindfulness, and attachment-focused therapy.

With over 16 years of experience and certifications in EMDR and Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C), I specialize in supporting first responders, as well as individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, or challenges during the pregnancy and postpartum period. I take a holistic view of mental health—honoring the connection between mind, body, relationships, and environment—and help clients build insight, resilience, and practical tools to move forward.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin—just a willingness to show up. We’ll take it from there, together.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and more connected to themselves. Whether we’re working through trauma, managing stress, or navigating life transitions, I’ll help you build practical tools for coping, deepen your self-awareness, and uncover the strengths you already carry.

My goal is for you to feel more empowered after each session—not just with insight, but with real strategies to help you move forward. Therapy with me is a collaborative space where we explore what’s meaningful, process what’s painful, and make room for healing and growth at your own pace.
