Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Masters degree from Amberton University and I have been practicing for just over 1 year. I help children and adolescents, adults, couples and seniors. I aim to help others who suffer from anxiety, self-esteem issues, depression and other mental health issues. Helping with life transitions, stress and life decisions is a main goal to help others to live their best possible life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to build a trusting relationship with clients and encourage open and honest conversation. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This treatment method is used to help clients focus on how their thoughts can affect their behavior and how to use positive feedback to encourage new behaviors. I also use ACT Therapy. This treatment is used to help clients see in real terms how their life can be positively changed by accepting the conditions and circumstances around them.

What you can expect from me

Ideally my clients will take away determination to find their place in their own world and discover what purpose they have in the community and how are they are meant to find and follow their true path for an ideal life.
