Great to meet you!

Are you someone who feels like you are going through life but not living at your highest level of potential? If so, let’s get together and talk about making a plan to figure out the barriers getting in your way and how to conquer them. I have provided counseling services for the past ten years and have had the privilege of being able to help people work through trauma, build their sense of self-love and work through some of the most challenging times of their life.

My approach to therapy

Many of the people I have worked with suffer from depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and feeling as though they are not in control of their emotions at times. I believe that our mental health is as vital to our well-being as our physical health, and they both must be maintained regularly. Using cognitive behavioral therapy, I can help you discover that you hold the key to having a healthy mind and living at your highest level of potential.

What you can expect from me

Sessions with me will include discussion and processing to lead to solutions for your problems. You'll go away with a better understanding of why you are making your choices and how to create the life you desire and deserve. Let me walk this healing journey with you.
