Great to meet you!

I earned my Master of Social Work from Pennsylvania Western University in 2023, and I've spent my career working with people across private practice, outpatient settings, and residential programs for mental health and addiction. That range matters... it means I've sat with people at many different points in their journey, and I know that healing doesn't look the same for everyone. I specialize in helping adults like you work through anxiety, depression, borderline personality traits, and dissociative experiences. And I bring something beyond my training to this work: I'm in recovery myself, and I'm a parent of an LGBTQ+ child. Those experiences mean I'll never show up with judgment — only with understanding of what it actually feels like to face something hard.

My approach to therapy

You make sense. Your reactions, your emotions, the ways you protect yourself; it came from somewhere. In our work together, we'll gently explore how your past experiences are showing up in your life today: in your relationships, your sense of self, and the patterns that might be keeping you stuck. I'll help you build real, practical skills to manage what you're facing right now, while we work toward something that feels like lasting change. This is your space; we go at your pace, and healing happens on your timeline.

What you can expect from me

First, take a deep breath. You made it here, and that took courage. In our first session, I just want to get to know you. We'll talk about what's been hard, what's brought you to therapy, and what you're hoping your life could look like. You don't need to have the right words or a tidy story. You can come exactly as you are. By the end of our time together, my goal is simple: I want you to feel heard, and I want you to feel hopeful. And the support doesn't stop when our session ends. Within 24 hours, I'll send you a personalized session summary along with a short educational piece and practical, real-life skills you can actually use during the week ahead. Because what happens between sessions matters just as much as what happens in them. I'd be honored to be part of your journey.
