I have a passion for coming alongside others and believe it's part of my DNA as a human being. I'm a mom, a Veteran, been married/divorced and I love my job! I specialize in trauma.. the big "T's" and the little ones. I have experience working with sexual assault, complex PTSD, moral injury, addictions, and grief.
I will challenge you... I'm direct but kind, and I use humor when I can for the both of us. I am an EMDR therapist who often integrates IFS and views relationships from an attachment lens. I believe it is important to find the right fit for you, whether that is me or someone I can help you find.
