Great to meet you!
The client I often connect best with is someone who is feeling overwhelmed whether that's a child navigating big emotions, a teen struggling to find their voice, or a parent working hard to keep everything together. They might feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them or disconnected from the people they love most. They may not know exactly what they need yet—but they know they want something to change.
They’re seeking therapy because life has become too heavy to carry alone. Maybe their child is showing signs of anxiety, anger, or sadness, and they’re not sure how to help. Maybe communication at home feels tense, and they want a more peaceful and connected family life. Or maybe they're just tired of feeling “not enough” and are ready to begin the journey toward healing for themselves or their loved ones.
The reason which I enjoy being a therapist is the courage it takes to ask for help from clients and the hope that brings into the room. I believe deeply in the power of safe, compassionate connection to create real change. It’s incredibly meaningful to walk alongside someone as they begin to heal, grow, and rediscover their strengths. Whether it’s a child using play to express something they couldn’t say out loud, or a parent having an “aha” moment about their own patterns, these moments remind me why I do this work every single day.
