I have "25-plus years" of experience. There is nothing you can't share with me. I treat individuals and couples: trauma and abuse, all addictions, including sex and love addiction and codependency, Narcissistic abuse, NPD, Aspergers, and dissociation.

I never blame, shame, or judge clients. I encourage my clients to learn and grow as they embark on this journey of becoming the best version of themselves.

I use talk therapy and a whiteboard for instruction. Many of my clients take notes and may receive a handout so they can refer back to coping skills and information acquired in session.

My clients can expect coping skills, a clear understanding of their issues, and a sense of relief. You can do it!
