Great to meet you!

If you are reading this, hoping for positive change, I am here to assure you that is possible. Whether you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed from major life changes, finding it difficult to understand your mental health needs, wanting to heal from ongoing toxic cycles or relationships, or struggling with purpose and identity, my approach can help.

I specialize in working with women who are navigating difficult relationships, seeking diagnoses later in life, or wanting to become more confident, capable versions of themselves through healing work. I currently have limited afternoon availability, with a waitlist in place for evening availability, so please reach out to determine if we would be a good fit!

My approach to therapy

My goal is to understand why we got here, examine negative patterns, and then move into solutions, coping, and healing. Given my experience as a school psychologist and licensed counselor, with education at the Masters and Sixth Year level studying psychology & development, I offer a strong skillset in identifying, diagnosing, and treating mental health disorders, with a strong basis in compassion and empowerment. I believe in the relational, client-centered approach, along with psychodynamic pillars of understanding past patterns. This combination highlights that every client has healing within them, and my job is to guide you to that healing.

What you can expect from me

Upon meeting, I anticipate you will feel welcomed, supported, and empowered to begin your journey. We will dive into the reasons that bring you to seek counseling and make realistic, measurable goals. I emphasize continued therapeutic assessment, to fully understanding your functioning as we move through the process. Above all else, you can expect my practice to be rooted in a non-judgmental approach, focused primarily on how my addition to your support system can lead to long term healing.
