Great to meet you!

You're carrying a lot. You don't have to carry it alone.

Life doesn't come with a manual, and sometimes the challenges we face can feel bigger than our ability to handle them. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, addiction, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can be a place where you finally exhale and focus on you.

I believe healing happens through connection, honesty, and a little bit of courage. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the need to have everything figured out.

For over a decade, I've worked with people from all walks of life in hospitals, recovery programs, community agencies, and counseling settings. I've helped individuals navigate some of life's toughest moments, including trauma, substance use recovery, mental health challenges, family stress, and major life transitions. Through it all, I've learned that people are often stronger and more resilient than they realize.

My style is down-to-earth, compassionate, and collaborative. I use approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care, but more importantly, I focus on getting to know you—your story, your strengths, and what matters most to you.

I don't believe therapy is about "fixing" people. It's about helping you understand yourself better, build healthier patterns, and move toward the life you want to live.

When I'm working with clients, you'll find someone who is genuine, supportive, and not afraid to laugh when laughter is needed. Therapy can be hard work, but it doesn't have to feel cold or intimidating.

If you're ready to take the next step—or even just curious about what therapy might look like for you—I'd love to connect.

A little about me:

I became a therapist because I genuinely care about people and believe everyone deserves support, hope, and the opportunity to heal. No matter where you're starting from, we'll work together to help you build on your strengths and create meaningful change—one step at a time.

What you can expect from me

Not a big fan of staring at a therapist while talking about your feelings? That's okay. We can sit and color while we talk. Sometimes having something to do with your hands makes it easier to open up. And if you're not ready to dive into the deep end on day one, that's okay too—we'll go at your pace.

You'll find that I'm real, approachable, and occasionally a little funny. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not an interrogation. My office is a place where tears are welcome, laughter is encouraged, and authenticity is appreciated.

Whether you're working through a difficult season, building a healthier future, or simply looking for someone who will listen and help you make sense of things, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

Come as you are. No perfect words required. And if talking feels easier with a coloring page and some markers nearby, I've got those too.
