Great to meet you!

You’re carrying a lot, and you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Life can feel overwhelming when stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, or major transitions start to pile up. Therapy can be a space where you slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you’re experiencing. For over a decade, I’ve worked alongside individuals navigating some of life’s hardest moments, including trauma, substance use recovery, mental health struggles, family stress, and major life changes. I became a therapist because I genuinely care about people and believe everyone deserves support, hope, and the opportunity to heal. No matter where you're starting from, we'll work together to help you build on your strengths and create meaningful change one step at a time.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care, but I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship we build together. I want to understand your story, your strengths, and what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Not a big fan of staring at a therapist while talking about your feelings? That's okay. We can sit and color while we talk. Sometimes having something to do with your hands makes it easier to open up. And if you're not ready to dive into the deep end on day one, that's okay too we'll go at your pace. You'll find that I'm real, approachable, and occasionally a little funny. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not an interrogation. This is a place where tears are welcome, laughter is encouraged, and authenticity is appreciated. Come as you are. No perfect words required.
