My speciality is helping adults who feel broken or helpless in some part of their lives to rediscover their own power and wisdom. I commonly work with people experiencing grief, trauma, life transitions, depression, anxiety, codependency, and relationship conflicts. I believe in your intrinsic wholeness and your ability to navigate your own healing journey. My style integrates science and soul. I spent over a decade teaching college, and it's crucial to me that the approaches we use in therapy are based on the best research. I also care about you as a complete person--mind, body, emotion, and spirit. My practice is safe and respectful for the LGBTQIA+ community and members of the global majority.
