Great to meet you!

I appreciate that coming to therapy can feel unnerving and completely overwhelming, and usually, the most demanding aspect of the process is simply starting out. Nonetheless, you are here with me, and you are taking the first steps on your journey to heal and rebuild. I truly welcome the prospect of connecting with you to discover how I can properly assist you. My approach is welcoming, deeply empathetic, and unified.

My approach to therapy

I integrate evidence-based clinical approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy and strengths-based therapy into my practice of supportive, direct, and genuinely compassionate care. As a licensed clinical social worker with five years of experience in the healthcare sector, I have worked extensively with individuals and families managing chronic illnesses, deep loss, and unexpected life transitions. I maintain specialized certifications in cognitive behavioral therapy and palliative/end-of-life therapeutic care.

What you can expect from me

Through our partnership, we will work to identify coping strategies for a wide range of life’s stressors, including depression, anxiety, changes in life, loss, relationship difficulties, and more. I believe that you remain the expert of your own life, and it is a priority that we collaborate on a customized plan to help you realize your goals, focus on healing, and rebuild your foundation in a way that feels sustainable.
