Great to meet you!

You have ADHD and you know that you have so much more potential if you could just get "it all together". But all you feel is disorganized and overwhelmed. I want to help you achieve more in your professional life and your relationships. I understand ADHD from a personal and professional level. I live with ADHD and work with many ADHD adults. You need a therapist with strategies and solutions that will work with your unique brain.

My approach to therapy

Working with ADHD clients, I use a CBT approach. It's kind of like brain training. We will hone in on procrastination, impulsivity, low self-image, anxiety, lack of focus, and time management. You will learn to work out of your strengths while minimizing the negatives of ADHD, ending paralysis, managing “procrastivity”, and channeling your hyper focus.

What you can expect from me

I know how difficult it can be to find the right therapist. If you feel I would be a good fit for you, give me a call at 469-369-2474 and we can discuss setting up a consultation. I look forward to speaking with you.
