Great to meet you!

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating a major life transition, struggling in your relationships, healing from trauma, or facing the challenges of motherhood, you don't have to carry it alone. Life can feel exhausting when stress, difficult emotions, or past experiences begin affecting your daily life, relationships, and sense of well-being.

My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you feel safe to explore your experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in your ability to navigate life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. Drawing from evidence-based approaches including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Motivational Interviewing, I help clients better understand patterns, process difficult experiences, and develop practical tools for lasting growth.

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, maternal mental health challenges, relationship difficulties, grief, and life transitions. My approach balances insight, healing, and practical strategies to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. We'll explore your goals, current challenges, and strengths while creating a plan that feels supportive and achievable.

You can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you are heard, respected, and supported. My hope is that each session leaves you with greater insight, practical tools, and a stronger sense of hope as you work toward meaningful and lasting change.
