Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience working in both public health and private practice. I currently work with individuals, and couples, 17+ experiencing an array of symptoms including anxiety and depression but also managing interpersonal conflict, grief and significant life transitions. I have experience working with adults ranging in background, sexual identity & gender identity.

My approach to therapy

My practice is rooted in a strengths-based, person-centered approach. I am passionate about creating a judgment free, trauma-informed space where clients can be themselves and receive direct feedback. I will gently, and appropriately, challenge negative thought patterns and work with clients to work towards their desired outcomes.

What you can expect from me

I draw inspiration from the ideology that you can't pour from an empty cup. We are so often consumed by the thoughts, patterns and wishes of others that we don't prioritize our own needs. When working with clients, my goal is to create a safe space to explore ways to better engage in life.
